Much of the best and most desirable jewelry is made out of rare metals and stones such as Gold,Platinum,Diamonds and Rubies,these materials never go out of fashion and are timeless. Sadly some of the designs they are made into aren’t quite so timeless,fashions change and favorite jewelry may fall from favor:left in a jewelry case or drawer unused for years. Cut out the middle man by going straight to a jeweler with a jewellery buying lisence. Platinum is one of the most precious metals in demand but gold nearly as valuable as well. In terms of stones diamonds will always sell,you may have more trouble with other stones but rubies,emeralds and sapphires are well worth selling,good quality pearls can also be sold especially if you have a few similar sized wild saltwater pearls.
